WASPS( Women armed Special Protection Squads ) would be Activa mounted and armed with reolver, hand cuffs , baton, wireless and sound alert system and last but not the least chilli powder!
WASPS the first ever project in the country has been launched in Punjab, would be deployed near busy places, educational institutions etc to ensure security of women. Haryana is also planning to launch a similar programme.
