Line of Actual Control

Line of Actual Control, is practically used for naming effective borders between India and China and should not be confused with LC (Line of Control) between India and Pakistan. LC is very heavily guarded and border fencing is perfect with flood lights ,electrified barbed wires and observation posts.

LAC is about 4057 km long and traverses from Ladakh to Arunachal passing through Uttarakhand and Sikkim.
