India china talk on Afghanistan held their first dialogue in Beijing on 20 April 2013. talks were led by Yash Sinha and Luo Zhaohui. India has investment upto 2 billion $ where has China has investment upto 3 billion $ mostly in mining sector. Both side want security and stability in the region.
