Algerian President , Abdelaziz Bouteflika,76, is undergoing treatment for a mini-stroke in Paris( val de grace Military hospital). Mr Bouteflika has been dominating the Algrian politics since 1962, when algeria got independence from France.Elections are scheduled next year and he may contest for fourth term.
