Associated Press Twitter Account Hacked

People stand in front of the White House in Washington, D.C on April 23, 2013. Stocks tumbled about 1 percent after the Associated Press, one of the world’s largest news agencies, said a hacking attack caused it to send out an erroneous Twitter post about explosions at the White House.
Syrian Electronic Army taken responsibility for hacked AP's Twitter account and spread false information of explosions in white house which injured President Obama. though rebuttal came within minutes from AP and also from white House Spokesman that Obama was fine.
