The city is preparing to host 2014 world cup and 2016 Olympics. the city was in news for abduction and gang rape of 21 year old American woman aboard a public van. Her French friend was tied up and beaten with metal bar .The couple were also forced to use bank cards before being released by assailants after six hours.
