North Korea restarting operations at Nyonbgyong Nuclear Complex



The Democratic Republic of Korea (DPRK) commonly called North Korea has said it has decided to restart operations at  Nyonbgyong Nuclear Complex.The complex has uranium enrichment facility and 5 MW graphite moderated reactor. DPRK has said that the decision is to cure electricity shortage and to boost nuclear armed forces.

North Korea has conducted its third nuclear test in February, as a counter to joint US and South Korean military exercise.Tension ahs been running high and DPRK has threateded to launch nclear strike in self defence.The US Navy has stepped its surveillance on the peninsula  and has moved up their radars closer  to   the North Korea.
