Women cadre in Naxals

While government is still mulling over role of women in combat duties, Naxals are already employing them in deadly ambushes. recent attack on a train in Bihar , about 15-20 women cadre of Maoists attacked the train.
What are the reasons for women getting motivated to join the ranks of insurgents, should be introspected and necessary remedial measure to be taken at the earliest.
