Kyrgyz legislature has voted to close US airbase at Manas Airport, Bishkek, the capital city by 11 July 2014.
US has been using the base since 2001 as major supply route for anti-Taliban operations in Afghanistan. 1500 troops are operating round the clock with transport aircrafts to haul thousands of troops and hundreds of tonnages of cargo every month.
