President Putin has confirmed that Snowden was present in International transit area of a Moscow airport.He further confirmed that Russian special security services are not engaged with Snowden and will not be engaged with him. Snowden is a free man and he has not broken any law on the territory of Russian Federation .Russia has no extradition treaty with US.
