Dr Bindeshwar Pathak., born in Bihar and a PhD from Patna University, has revolutionised the hygiene and sanitation around public places , railway stations, bus stations etc.He has got so many national and international award . Dr Pathak is a prolific writer and speaker he authored so many books like ''The Road to Freedom'' and is a frequent participant on social progress around the world.
He is founder of the Sulabh project, which has provided access to cheap and affordable toilets to India's poor.
He has been presented with the french award " Legend of the Planet" at Paris on 03 June 2013.
