General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of India's Northern Command, Lt Gen K T Parnaik said that Chinese troops were forced to go back to the pre-April 15 position along the LAC after talks between two countries at various level. he also said that no comprise was made and no structure in Chumur was dismantled.
