Separate mission for ASEAN. India has decided to open a seprate mission for ASEAN and PM may make announcement shortly. Presently, India’s diplomatic mission in Indonesia handles all the ASEAN-related work. It is pertinent to mention that the ASEAN Secretariat is located in Jakarta.
