Thirty Meter Telescope . It is a ground based telescope being set up at Hawai and is a planned ground-based large segmented mirror reflecting telescope. It is much larger than existing telescopes.India is also a partner in the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope. When completed, this will be the largest telescope in the world.
