Jordan, Syria's southern neighbour, is facing refugee influx upto 10 % of its population. The figure may go upto 25 % by year end and 40 % by mid 2014.
Mr Kerry has announced $ 100 m for aid of refugee out of which $ 43 m would go to Jordan.
