Artefacts relating to Greco-Buddhist and Gandhara schools of art of Gupta period

Ambaran near Akhnoor in Jammu is famous for its excavations and artefacts relating to Greco-Buddhist and Gandhara schools of art of Gupta period. Terracota figures of Buddha's head and three layer casket of copper, silver and gold containing relics and bones and ornaments have been found.Copper coins of 500 AD have been found.
