Turkmenistanisatan-Afghanistan- Pakistan -India is a 1680 km long gas pipelene starting from South Yolotan-Osman field in Turkmenistan , passing through Herat, Helmand, and Kandhar in Afghanistan and Queta , Multan in Pakistan and ending in Fazilka( Punjab) of India.
38 million cubic meter per day each for India and Pakistan 14 mmcmd for Afghanistan , totaling 90 mmcmd has already been agreed.
The pipeline passing through a terror torn area has been a sure ' no no ' for big global partner for the project. The overall cost of project is expected to be $ 9 Billion
