Chairman , National Commission for Minorities, Wazahat Habibullah is in the news. He has said that government has deleted important portion of his report on Konaposhpora mass rape case, in which an army unit ( 4 Raj Rif ) allegedly raped 23 women during a search and cordon operation om night Feb 23/24 1991.
